How to Refill a Prescription Online

Refilling a prescription through the online portal is easier than ever and faster too. Simply follow the steps below and we’ll get working on your refill request right away.

Don’t have a Patient Portal account, or aren’t registered? Contact our office and we’ll be happy to send you a Registration Request right away.

  • Please check your email for an email from us with instructions to register with MyHealthRecord.com to your email on file.

  • If you received a registration email, select the Register Here button.

Please note that not all prescription medications can be refilled. Some medications may require a visit with your provider. We will let you know if the medication you are attempting to refill requires a visit with your provider, and we’ll contact you to help you set up an appointment

2) Fill in your Username and Password, and click Continue

3) On the left side, click on Medications

4) Click on Request Medication Refill

A) Select the medications to refill

B) Choose your desired pharmacy

C) Add or correct your phone number

D) Click “Submit” at the bottom right
