Natalie Stafford, PA-C is a dedicated and highly trained Physician Assistant specializing in geriatric medicine. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies cum laude from Harding University and completing her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Baylor College of Medicine, she pursued a prestigious post-graduate residency at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, focusing on primary care, long-term care, hospice and palliative care, wound care, psychiatry, and hospital medicine.
Her diverse clinical experience spans inpatient and outpatient internal medicine, pediatrics, emergency medicine, surgery, women’s health, and psychiatry. Passionate about lifelong learning and teaching, she has led lectures on topics such as diagnostic error and pain pharmacology and has co-facilitated small-group discussions on end-of-life care.
In addition to her clinical practice, she is committed to research and professional leadership. Active in multiple professional societies, including the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Tennessee Academy of Physician Assistants, she strives to enhance patient-centered care and advocate for physician assistants within the healthcare landscape.
