Mays & Schnapp Neurospine and Pain along with ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) around the nation are celebrating National ASC Week. This yearly celebration acknowledges the importance of ASCs and how they benefit the residents of communities. This year Mays & Schnapp celebrated the staff for our ASCs in Memphis, Tennessee, and Southaven, Mississippi, by acknowledging their hard work and dedication to helping patients in both regions on their pain management healthcare journeys.
And did you know that on average ASC procedure visits for Medicare patients are half the cost of hospital outpatient departments? With improved wait times, lower costs for patients, but still receiving high quality care, it’s only a wonder that the need for these facilities is only growing over time.
